Happy Birthday Tucker!

Tucker had his 6th birthday party this weekend. It was a LEGO-themed party, and I cannot wait to steal the theme for the A-Train's next birthday!

To help Tucker and his friends celebrate, I created these fun, colorful, LEGO cupcakes:

Maybe that they're all edge pieces?

I, for one, love the crunchy corner pieces when it comes to choosing my brownies and am always disappointed that there are only four per tray.

Or so I thought until I opened this up on my recent birthday:



Now everyone can have an edge piece, and each brownie has not one, not two, but four crunchy edges!

I've got to go see what else can be made better in this new pan!
