Happy Birthday Gladys!

Gladys is turning 89-years-old! And when her daughter-in-law asked me to bake her a special cake and told me that she loves chocolate, well, I just couldn't help myself.

This is a chocolate cake filled and frosted with chocolate cream cheese buttercream frosting, and decorated with mini chocolate chips. I hope Gladys loves it and it satisfies her chocolate cravings!
