Snickerdoodle Cupcakes

I have a love/hate relationship with Martha Stewart. (Actually, I have no relationship with her, we've never met. ) On the one hand, she seems so frigid and unapproachable. And there's the whole convicted felon aspect. But on the other hand, there's no denying that she knows how to set a table, and plan a wedding, and cook just about anything with ingredients you've never heard of.

And then there are the cupcakes. Thanks to Martha for the inspiration for these Snickerdoodle Cupcakes!


These are very similar to the cookie version, but with a soft, moist cupcake inside. They even get a little crunchy on top.They're topped with your standard seven-minute frosting and a sprinkling of cinnamon and sugar.
