Easter Cupcakes

The A-train's preschool class had its Easter celebration yesterday. As has come to be expected, I volunteered to bring in the snack. After countless hours spent trying to decide on a snack that would wow a group of 2 and 3 year olds I remembered that kids will eat anything covered in sugar. And that's how these bunny and ducky cupcakes were born.


The bunnies were pretty cute.


But then the ducky came along and stole my heart.


And the two of them side by side are just adorable.

These guys looked so yummy I wasn't sure that they were going to make it to school! But I exercised some restraint for the sake of the kids.

I think the duckies would also be great for a first birthday party. And the bunnies would be a hit at a party with a magic theme.
